  • 4 - 6 - Leg quarters with bones, with or without skin
  • 2 tbsp - Chilli paste
  • 3 - tbsp- Tandoori paste
  • 2 tbsp- Curry paste
  • 2 tbsp- Garam masala
  • 3 tbsp- Red chilli powder
  • fresh, ground - Rosemary
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Spicy Tandoori Chicken

  • Mix the pastes and powders with a 3: 1 lime juice/water ratio in a bowl and add the chicken. Mix well with the masala.
  • Marinate for 6 -12 hours in the fridge.
  • Then pre-heat the grill to 450F.
  • Place chicken on the high rack in the grill for 17-20 mins.
  • Flip the chicken until second side is golden brown.
  • Serve hot.
