  • 250 gms - Chicken breasts/wings/drumsticks
  • One and a half tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • One and a half tsp - paprika powder
  • One and a half tsp - Turmeric powder
  • One and a half tsp - pepper powder
  • 1 tsp - dhaniya powder
  • 50 gms - Ginger and Garlic
  • 1 tsp - Aam choor
  • 2 tsp - Lemon juice
  • 2 onion, chopped fine
  • One and a half tbsp - oil
  • How to Make Spicy Tangy Grilled Chicken:

    1. Clean the chicken pieces, make small gashes on it.
    2. Marinate the chicken with red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt.
    3. Keep it for 10 minutes.
    4. Grill it partially, occasionally basting it with oil.
    5. Now grind together ginger, garlic, dhaniya powder, pepper powder, aamchoor & paprika powder in lemon juice into a coarse paste.
    6. Now marinate the partially grilled chicken with this paste and keep it for another 15 minutes.
    7. Now grill it at high for nearly 10 minutes, frequently turning the sides and basting it with oil.
    8. Chop the onions, marinate it with 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, turmeric, oil and salt.
    9. Grill it at high, stirring occasionally for three or four minutes.
    10. Now serve the grilled chicken on this bed of grilled onion along with tomato sauce or pudina chutney!
    11. Have it as a starter or with chapatti.
