Ingredients

  • 1 cup - spinach (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup - kiwi (chopped)
  • 1 clove - garlic (chopped)
  • 1/2 tsp + 1/2 tsp - butter
  • 1/2 cup - milk (boiled and cooled)
  • Salt - to taste
  • 1 tsp - pepper

How to Make Spinach and kiwi soup

  • Fry garlic in 1/2 tsp of butter.
  • Now add spinach and kiwi and mix well.
  • Add a little water and salt.
  • Cook spinach till soft.
  • Cool and then process to a fine paste.
  • Stir in the milk.
  • Garnish with butter and pepper. Serve hot.
