Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 150 gms - mushrooms, chopped
  • 200 gms - spinach, shredded
  • 125 gms - cheese cubes
  • 250 gms - thin Cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 2-3 green chillies, chopped

How to Make Spinach and mushroom quiche

  • Saute the onions in butter.
  • Add mushrooms, shredded spinach and green chillies.
  • Saute till the water dries.
  • Put the mixture into a flan.
  • Grate cheese into it.
  • Beat the eggs and add the cream to eggs.
  • Pour this over the mixture.
  • Bake at 180 deg C for 30 mins or until it is golden brown.
