Ingredients

  • 1 cup - Chopped, Spinach
  • 2 - Large potatoes, boiled and mashed
  • 20 g - White sesame/til seeds roasted
  • 1 tsp - Chopped Ginger
  • 1 tsp - Chopped Garlic
  • 1 - Onion, chopped
  • 2 tbsp - Chopped, Coriander leaves
  • 2 - Green chillies ,chopped
  • salt to taste
  • 4 tbsp - Oil.

How to Make Spinach And Sesame Seeds (Til Seeds) Patties

  • Mix all the ingredients (except the oil) together.
  • Shape them into small cutlets/patties.
  • Heat the oil in a flat pan and shallow fry the cutlets/patties on both sides until brown.
  • Serve with mint chutney or tomato sauce.
