Ingredients

  • 1 bunch - Spinach
  • 1 - hard boiled egg, chopped
  • 1 cup - buttermilk
  • 1 - cucumber, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp - Lemon juice
  • salt to taste
  • pepper powder to taste

How to Make Spinach-Egg Soup

  • Clean the spinach and chop finely.
  • Boil the spinach in 5-6 cups of water.
  • Add lemon juice, salt and pepper powder.
  • Let it cook for 10 mins.
  • Take off fire and cool.
  • Add buttermilk and beat till foamy.
  • Garnish with chopped eggs and cucumber.
