Ingredients

  • Spinach frozen - 1 pack
  • 1 - onion, sliced
  • 2 - green chillies, sliced
  • 1 tsp - oil
  • 1/2 tsp - urad dal

How to Make Spinach Fry

  • Heat the oil in a kadai and fry the urad dal.
  • s the urad dal turns slight brown, add the onions and chillies and fry for some time.
  • After the onion turn brown, add the cut spinach frozen, cover with a lid for 3 mins, remove the lid and stir fry for another 2 mins till the water dries.
  • Add salt to taste.
