Ingredients

  • 1 bunch - Spinach
  • 16 oz - gram flour
  • 1 - small Onion
  • 1 tsp - Ginger Garlic paste
  • 1 - Green chilli
  • 1 tsp - coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp - cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • 1 pinch - Amchoor powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Celery powder
  • salt to taste
  • oil for frying
  • How to Make Spinach Leaves Pakoda:

    1. Make a thick paste of gram flour and other masala.
    2. Wash the spinach leaves and dip one full leaf at a time in the gram flour mixture.
    3. Deep fry in oil.
    4. Repeat with the rest of the leaves.
    5. Serve hot with coriander chutney.
