Ingredients

  • Thick curd (sour) - 1 cup
  • Spinach, cleaned and finely chopped - 1 cup
  • Onion, finely chopped - 1/2 cup
  • Green chilli, chopped - 2
  • Rice flour - 1 tbsp
  • Mustard seed - 1 tsp
  • Oil - 1 tbsp

How to Make Spinach Morekuzambu

  • Heat oil and add mustard seeds.
  • Add chopped onion and green chillies and fry till brown.
  • Add finely chopped spinach and cook till done (do not add water).
  • Add rice flour to the curd and stir well.
  • Add this mixture to the spinach and bring to a boil.
  • Remove from fire and serve hot with rice.
