Ingredients

  • Spinach - half a bunch
  • eggs - 2
  • 2 tsp - White flour (Maida)
  • How to Make Spinach Omelette:

    1. Blanch spinach in hot water.
    2. Blend semi-cooked spinach in blender. Do not puree.
    3. Add eggs into the spinach, add all-purpose flour and salt to taste.
    4. Heat oil in pan and pour the egg mix.
