  • Eggs - 2
  • 2 tsp - White flour (Maida)

How to Make Spinach Omelette

  • Blanch spinach in hot water.
  • Blend semi-cooked spinach in blender. Do not puree.
  • Add eggs into the spinach, add all-purpose flour and salt to taste.
  • Heat oil in pan and pour the egg mix.
