  • 1 tsp - oil
  • 1 tsp - mustard
  • 1/2 tsp - urad dal
  • 1 tsp - hing
  • 1 bunch - spinach
  • 2 cups - curd
  • salt

How to Make Spinach Pachadi

  • Finely chop spinach and boil it in water separately until it becomes tender. Drain the water and keep it separately.
  • Take a kadai, add 1 tsp of oil and season with mustard and urad dal.
  • Add to this the boiled spinach and fry it for one minute.
  • Take this mixture in a bowl, add to this 2 cups of curd, salt, a little bit of hing and mix it well. Keep it aside for 5 mins so that it soaks well and then eat it.
