Ingredients

  • Spinach leaves (whole, washed thoroughly)
  • 1 tsp - Ginger (finely grated)
  • 100 g - Tofu (small pieces, lightly fried)
  • 2 tbsp - grated copra (lightly roasted)
  • 2 tbsp - Peanuts (roasted)
  • 1/2 - Onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 tbsp - Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp - Tamarind juice
  • How to Make Spinach Pockets:

    1. Mix all the ingredients together and keep aside.
    2. Take a spinach leaf and fold it to make a samosa-like pocket.
    3. Add the stuffing and close it tight. Your spinach pocket is ready.
