Ingredients

  • 1 cup - boiled Spinach
  • 1 tbsp - melted Butter
  • 1 tbsp - ground cheese
  • 2 tbsps - sifted flour
  • salt, pepper and mustard to taste
  • 2 chopped Onions
  • 2 tbsps - Butter
  • 2 large Tomatoes
  • 250 g - chopped Paneer
  • 2 chopped Capsicums
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • How to Make Spinach Roll Up:

    1. Combine spinach, butter, ground cheese, sifted flour, salt, pepper and mustard to taste.
    2. Grease a baking tin. Line with greaseproof paper. Add butter and spread the flour over the paper.
    3. Pour in the spinach mixture.
    4. Bake at 200 degree C for about 10 minutes.
    5. Invert and quickly peel off the paper, spread the filling on top, and raising the paper as a support, gently roll it up.
    6. For Filling:
    7. Fry the chopped onions in 2 tbsps. of butter till golden brown.
    8. Add the tomatoes, skinned and chopped and fry till slightly dry.
    9. Add the chopped paneer, chopped capsicums, and the salt and pepper to taste.
    10. Serve the roll with fresh tomato sauce.
