Ingredients

  • 1 cup - boiled Spinach
  • 1 tbsp - melted Butter
  • 1 tbsp - ground cheese
  • 2 tbsps - sifted flour
  • salt, pepper and mustard to taste
  • 2 chopped Onions
  • 2 tbsps - Butter
  • 2 large Tomatoes
  • 250 g - chopped Paneer
  • 2 chopped Capsicums
  • salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Spinach Roll Up

  • Combine spinach, butter, ground cheese, sifted flour, salt, pepper and mustard to taste.
  • Grease a baking tin. Line with greaseproof paper. Add butter and spread the flour over the paper.
  • Pour in the spinach mixture.
  • Bake at 200 degree C for about 10 minutes.
  • Invert and quickly peel off the paper, spread the filling on top, and raising the paper as a support, gently roll it up.
  • For Filling:
  • Fry the chopped onions in 2 tbsps. of butter till golden brown.
  • Add the tomatoes, skinned and chopped and fry till slightly dry.
  • Add the chopped paneer, chopped capsicums, and the salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve the roll with fresh tomato sauce.
