Ingredients

  • Wheat flour - 2 cups
  • 2.5 pack - frozen Spinach
  • Salt - as required
  • Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
  • How to Make Spinach Roti:

    1. Prepare a dough with flour, spinach, salt, chilli powder, water and a little oil. Cover and keep aside for 1 hour.
    2. Roll it into 6-8 balls.
    3. Prepare rotis and put on a hot pan applying oil on both sides. Serve.
