Ingredients

  • 1 bunch - spinach
  • 1 - onion
  • 1 tbsp - mustard
  • 2 tbsp - olive oil
  • 1 tbsp - sabzi masala
  • 3 to 4 - dried red chillies
  • 1 tbsp - salt

How to Make Spinach Sabzi

  • Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Splutter mustard seeds and add chopped onions.
  • Keep stirring with a wooden spatula until onions turn transparent.
  • Add the sabzi masala, salt and spinach and lower the flame.
  • Mix well and cover the pan.
  • Stir and cook till done.
