Ingredients

  • 2 cups - spinach, chopped
  • 2 - carrots, chopped
  • 1 - red onion, chopped
  • 2 - medium sized tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 - Cucumber chopped
  • 2 cups - coriander, chopped
  • 1 - red, green, yellow, and Orange Capsicum each, chopped
  • To taste - salt
  • pinch - Red Chilli powder
  • To taste - Sugar
  • 1 tsp - fresh Lemon juice

How to Make Spinach Salad

  • Mix all the ingredients along with salt, red chilli powder and lemon juice.
  • Refrigerate for 10 mins and serve.
