How to Make Spinach Sambar

  • Splutter mustard seeds, add green chillies, onions, chopped tomato, asafoetida and fry for a few minutes.
  • Add spinach and fry till raw smell goes off.
  • Now add around 2 cups of water, the tamarind paste,sambhar powder, salt and curry leaves.
  • Finally, add the boiled moong bean. Bring it to boil for 10-15 minutes.
  • Serve hot.
