Heat oil in a kadai and splutter the cumin seeds. Now add the chopped green onions and stir them for a while. Then add the chopped mushrooms and the turmeric powder and salt and stir well. Add the garam masala and stir.
Meanwhile grind all the ingredients for grinding with water into a fine paste.
Now add the ground paste to the mushrooms and cook them until the oil get separates from the gravy.
Garnish with coriander.
Serve with rice.
