Ingredients

  • 2 cups - Button mushrooms(chopped)
  • 20 stalks-Green onions(chopped)
  • 1/4 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp - Garam masala powder
  • 1 tsp - Coriander leaves(chopped)
  • 1 tsp - Cumin seeds
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil
  • To grind:
  • 1-Tomato
  • 1 tsp - Peppercorns
  • 1 tsp - Cumin seeds
  • 3- Red chillies
  • 1 tsp - Fennel seeds
  • 1/4 cup - Grated coconut
  • 2 tsp - Coriander seeds
  • 3 tsp - Poppy seeds.

How to Make Spring Onion N Mushroom Gravy

  • Heat oil in a kadai and splutter the cumin seeds. Now add the chopped green onions and stir them for a while. Then add the chopped mushrooms and the turmeric powder and salt and stir well. Add the garam masala and stir.
  • Meanwhile grind all the ingredients for grinding with water into a fine paste.
  • Now add the ground paste to the mushrooms and cook them until the oil get separates from the gravy.
  • Garnish with coriander.
  • Serve with rice.
