Ingredients

  • Spring onion - 1 bunch
  • Green chillies - 7
  • Coconut - 2 tsp
  • Roasted Peanuts - 2 tsp
  • Jeera - 1/2 tsp
  • Curds - 1 cup
  • Salt - as per taste
  • For Seasoning:
  • Oil- 2 tbsp
  • Mustard- 1/2 tsp
  • Jeera- 1/2 tsp
  • Hing- a pinch
  • Curry leaves- few
  • How to Make Spring Onion Raita:

    1. Clean and cut the spring onions into small pieces. Grind the green chillies, jeera, salt, peanuts and coconut coarsely without water. You can add little curd for grinding.
    2. Mix the contents add curd.
    3. Season this with a little oil, mustard, jeera, hing and curry leaves.
