Ingredients

  • 4 slices of brown bread
  • 100g - fresh Paneer (mashed)
  • 3-4 Lettuce leaves (chopped)
  • 1/2 Carrot (grated)
  • 1/4 cup - steamed sprouts
  • 1 tsp - sesame seeds (toasted)
  • 1/2 tsp - Lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper (freshly ground) to taste
  • 1 Apple (sliced)

How to Make Spring salad toast

  • Combine paneer, lettuce, carrot, sprouts, salt, pepper, sesame and lemon juice.
  • Toast the brown bread slices and spread sliced apple on the bread.
  • Top with filling and then top with the remaining bread or serve as open sandwiches.
