Grind the sprouted black eyes peas, fennel seeds with salt into a coarse paste. Then add the chopped onions, chopped green chillies, chopped ginger, garlic cloves, rice flour, curry leaves, to it and mix well.
Meanwhile heat oil for Deep frying. Once the oil is hot, gently sprinkle or drop the batter into the oil as pakodas.
Cook the pakodas until a golden brown. Drain the excess oil on a paper towel.
