  • 2 cups - Sprouted Chickpeas
  • 1.5 cups - Brown Rice
  • 1/2 cup - Parboiled Rice
  • 1 cup - Urad Dal
  • 1/2 tsp - Fenugreek seeds
  • Salt to taste.
  • How to Make Sprouted Chickpeas and Brown Rice Dosa:

    1. Combine the brown rice and the parboiled rice and soak for 4 hours.
    2. Now wash and soak the urad dal and fenugreek seeds separately for 4 hours.
    3. Then grind the soaked urad dal and fenugreek seeds into a smooth paste.
    4. Then grind the sprouted chickpeas along with soaked brown rice and par boiled rice with water into a coarse paste.
    5. Mix the smooth urad dal batter along with the coarse chickpeas-rice batter with enough salt.
    6. Let it ferment overnight.
    7. Now heat a non-stick pan and pour a ladle of this sprouted chickpeas batter and spread it like a dosa.
    8. Cook on both sides until it's well cooked.
    9. Serve hot with spicy coconut chutney.
