Ingredients

  • Sprouted green gram - 1/2 cup
  • Green chillies - 1 tsp, minced
  • Ginger - 1 tsp, minced
  • Idle batter - 3 to 4 cups
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Sprouted Gram Idles

  • Steam the sprouts till soft.
  • Mix with chilli, ginger and salt. Cool and add to the idle batter.
  • Pour in greased idly moulds and steam for 15 minutes.
  • Serve hot with chutney and sambar.
