Ingredients

  • Rice (cooked) - 1 cup
  • Onion - 1
  • Cabbage - 1/2 cup
  • Carrot - 1
  • Green Capsicum - 1
  • Oil - 2 tbsp
  • Soya sauce - 2 tsps
  • salt to taste
  • Sprouted green gram - 1/2 cup
  • To grind:
  • 3 - green chillies, a little Ginger

How to Make Sprouted green gram pulav

  • Heat oil in a kadai.
  • Saute vegetables, chilli paste for a while and add sprouted green gram.
  • Add rice, salt, soya sauce and mix well.
  • Heat on low flame for 2 minutes.
