  • 200g - Chicken grilled in microwave and shredded
  • 200g - sprouted lentils (whole green grams)
  • 200g - Broccoli florets (chopped)
  • 1 - large Tomato (chopped)
  • 1 - large Capsicum (chopped)
  • 1 - large Onion (chopped)
  • 50g - Kismis
  • 2 - tbsp Lime juice
  • 1 tbsp - freshly grated Ginger
  • 1 tbsp - Olive oil or salad dressing oil
  • salt and black pepper to taste
  • How to Make Sprouted lentil and chicken salad:

    1. In a casserole, arrange chicken breasts and marinate it with salt and pepper.
    2. Microwave at 100% power for 15-20 minutes on grill or till golden brown. Allow it to cool.
    3. Then in a different casserole, arrange broccoli floret, diced pepper and sprouts.
    4. Season it to taste, cover it and microwave at 100% power for 4 minutes.
    5. Keep it aside to cool.
    6. Once cooled, add chopped onion, tomatoes, grated ginger and kismish and stir it.
    7. Mix together well, pour lime juice and a dash of olive oil.
    8. Serve at once.
