Ingredients

  • Yellow Lentil (Masoor dal)
  • Water
  • How to Make Sprouted Lentils:

    1. For good home-made sprouted lentils follow the following steps:
    2. Soak lentils in lots of water overnight.
    3. In the morning drain water and wash by draining and adding water 2-3 times. Do not rub. Finally drain all water.
    4. Cover and keep in warm dark place.
    5. At night add water and drain out.
    6. Cover and keep again as before.
    7. By morning 3/4 long sprouts are ready.
    8. Preferably use a porous container eg. an earthen pot. for best results.
