Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup - sprouted Fenugreek seeds
  • 3/4 cup - sprouted whole moong
  • 1 - onion, chopped
  • 1 - Tomato
  • 1/4 tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • 1 - Green chilli
  • 1 spring - curry leaf
  • 1/4 tsp - mustard
  • 1/4 tsp - cumin
  • 1 Clove - Garlic chopped
  • 1 tbsp - oil
  • A pinch - Turmeric
  • A pinch - Asafoetida
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Sprouted methi seeds curry:

    1. Heat a pan with oil, splutter mustard, cumin and curry leaves.
    2. Add green chilli, garlic and onions, fry for 2 mins
    3. Add tomatoes, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric, asafoetida.
    4. Fry till the tomatoes turn mushy. Pour 3/4 cup of water and boil.
    5. Add the sprouts, mix well and cook for 2 mins and not more.
