  • 1 cup - Sprouted Methi seeds
  • 2 tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 2 tbsp - Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp - Mustard Seeds
  • 1/4 tsp - Asafoetida powder
  • Salt
  • Oil
  • How to Make Sprouted Methi Seeds Pickles:

    1. Cook methi seeds with quarter cup of water in microwave oven for 5 minutes in high.
    2. Strain the excess of water.
    3. Heat enough oil. Add mustard seeds and asafoetida powder and et it splutter. .
    4. Add the cooked methi seeds and saute for few minutes.
    5. Add immediately the red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt and cook and simmer until the oil separates.
    6. Add the lemon juice. Cook for few seconds and put off the stove.
    7. Serve immediately.
