Ingredients

  • 1 cup - sprouted moong dal
  • 1 tsp - mustard
  • 1 tbsp - black gram dal
  • 1 pinch -asafoetida
  • 3 - Red Chillies
  • small quantity -curry leaves
  • small quantity -grated/shredded Coconut
  • salt
  • oil
  • How to Make Sprouted Moog Dal Sundal:

    1. Soak moong dal in water for 8 hours.
    2. Cook it in a pressure cooker adding little salt.
    3. Heat oil in a kadai, splutter mustard seeds, black gram dal, curry leaves, asafoetida, red chillies and finally moong dal.
    4. Add a little salt to it and mix well.
    5. This can be served as a snack.
