How to Make Sprouted moong and corn platter

  • Boil corn and moong in the pressure cooker up to 1 whistle. Drain water.
  • Cut onion, tomato, green chilli and coriander leaves into small pieces.
  • Mix corn and moong with onion, tomato, etc.
  • Add salt, chilli flakes, oregano and coriander leaves.
  • Decorate with fried noodles.
