Ingredients

  • 100 g - sprouted green whole moong
  • 100 g - sweet Corn
  • 1 - Onion
  • 1 - Tomato
  • 1 - Green chilli
  • 1 cup - Coriander leaves
  • 1 tbsp - chilli flakes
  • 1 tbsp - Oregano
  • salt as per taste
  • 50 g - fried noodles
  • How to Make Sprouted moong and corn platter:

    1. Boil corn and moong in the pressure cooker up to 1 whistle. Drain water.
    2. Cut onion, tomato, green chilli and coriander leaves into small pieces.
    3. Mix corn and moong with onion, tomato, etc.
    4. Add salt, chilli flakes, oregano and coriander leaves.
    5. Decorate with fried noodles.
