  • 2 cups - Sprouted whole moong
  • 1 cup - rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup - Brown Rice
  • 1 - Onion (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup - Grated Coconut
  • 3 - Green chillies (chopped)
  • 1 tsp - Ginger (chopped)
  • Few Curry leaves
  • Salt
  • Oil for Deep Frying
  • How to Make Sprouted Moong and Oats Kunukku:

    1. Soak brown rice for an hour and the rolled oats for half an hour.
    2. Grind sprouted moong, soaked oats, soaked brown rice, grated coconut with green chillies and chopped ginger into a coarse paste.
    3. Now add the chopped onions, few curry leaves and salt. Mix everything well.
    4. Heat the oil for Deep frying. Make small balls from the batter and fry them until the dropped balls turn golden brown.
    5. Drain the excess of oil. Enjoy with spicy coconut chutney.
