Ingredients

  • 1 cup - boiled sprouted moong
  • 1 cup - boiled ground nuts
  • 1 - Onion chopped
  • 1 - Tomato chopped
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tsp - Lemon juice
  • 2 - Green chilli chopped
  • 1/2 tsp - cumin powder
  • 2 tbsp - chopped coriander leaves.

How to Make Sprouted Moong And Peanut Salad

  • Mix all the above ingredients together.
  • Chill for half and hour and then serve.
