Ingredients

  • Moth beans - 1/2 cup
  • Rajma - 1/2 cup
  • 1/2 cup - Channa
  • 1/2 cup - macaroni
  • 1 - lemon, juiced
  • 2 - Green chillies 2
  • 1 cup - carrots, chopped
  • 1/2 cup - cauliflower, chopped
  • 1 cup - cucumber, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp - salt
  • 1 tbsp - Olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp - Vinegar
  • 2 tbsps - fresh Cream
  • How to Make Sprouted Salad:

    1. Soak moth, rajma and channa for 4 hours. Then tie them in a soft cotton cloth for 6-7 hours. Keep in at a warm place.
    2. Boil macaroni for 3 mins and drain out the water.
    3. Place all the chopped vegetables together and mix with the sprouted moth, rajma, channa and macaroni.
    4. Beat cream, olive oil and vinegar together and dress the salad with it.
    5. Add salt, lemon juice and mix well.
    6. Present it on a plate covered with a cabbage leaf and decorate it with green chillies and mint.
