Ingredients

  • Moth beans - 1/2 cup
  • Rajma - 1/2 cup
  • 1/2 cup - Channa
  • 1/2 cup - macaroni
  • 1 - lemon, juiced
  • 2 - Green chillies 2
  • 1 cup - carrots, chopped
  • 1/2 cup - cauliflower, chopped
  • 1 cup - cucumber, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp - salt
  • 1 tbsp - Olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp - Vinegar
  • 2 tbsps - fresh Cream

How to Make Sprouted Salad

  • Soak moth, rajma and channa for 4 hours. Then tie them in a soft cotton cloth for 6-7 hours. Keep in at a warm place.
  • Boil macaroni for 3 mins and drain out the water.
  • Place all the chopped vegetables together and mix with the sprouted moth, rajma, channa and macaroni.
  • Beat cream, olive oil and vinegar together and dress the salad with it.
  • Add salt, lemon juice and mix well.
  • Present it on a plate covered with a cabbage leaf and decorate it with green chillies and mint.
