Ingredients

  • 4 potatoes, medium size
  • 1 cup - mixed sprouted grains
  • 2 tbsp - dill leaves (Suva bhaji , Sombu Keerai ), chopped
  • 2 tbsp - Lime juice
  • 2 tbsp - oil
  • 1/2 tsp - mustard powder
  • salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Sprouts and Potato Salad with Dill Dressing

  • Boil potatoes, peel and cut into cubes.
  • Steam the sprouts till they are lightly cooked.
  • Mix them with potatoes and rest of the ingredients.
  • Just before serving, toss in the garlic croutons.
  • To prepare garlic croutons, cut a French loaf into 3 cm cubes.
  • Crush 6 flakes of garlic and mix with 3 tbsp of melted butter and 1/2 tsp salt.
  • Toss in the bread cubes and spread on a baking tray.
  • Toast in a mode oven till crisp
