  • 4 potatoes, medium size
  • 1 cup - mixed sprouted grains
  • 2 tbsp - dill leaves (Suva bhaji , Sombu Keerai ), chopped
  • 2 tbsp - Lime juice
  • 2 tbsp - oil
  • 1/2 tsp - mustard powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • How to Make Sprouts and Potato Salad with Dill Dressing:

    1. Boil potatoes, peel and cut into cubes.
    2. Steam the sprouts till they are lightly cooked.
    3. Mix them with potatoes and rest of the ingredients.
    4. Just before serving, toss in the garlic croutons.
    5. To prepare garlic croutons, cut a French loaf into 3 cm cubes.
    6. Crush 6 flakes of garlic and mix with 3 tbsp of melted butter and 1/2 tsp salt.
    7. Toss in the bread cubes and spread on a baking tray.
    8. Toast in a mode oven till crisp
