Ingredients

  • Moong sprouts - 1 cup
  • Black gram sprouts - 1/4 cup
  • Bhel sev - 1/4 cup
  • Murmure - 1 cup
  • Onion - 1 medium, finely chopped
  • Tomato - 1 big, finely chopped
  • Cucumber - 1/2 small, finely chopped
  • Green chilli - 1, finely chopped
  • Lime juice - 3 tbsp
  • Salt
  • Red Chilli powder
  • Dry Mango powder
  • Oil - 1 tbsp
  • How to Make Sprouts Bhel:

    1. Soak moong seeds and black gram for five hours.
    2. Put them in a wet cloth and keep aside for one day.
    3. Heat oil in a pan and add sprouts.
    4. Heat the sprouts till tender.
    5. Take the sprouts in another vessel.
    6. Mix with bhel sev, murmure, onion, tomato, cucumber, green chilli, lime juice, salt, red chilli powder, dry mango powder and serve.
