Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp - sprouted moong
  • 1 tsp - Jaggery
  • 1 - roti
  • 1/2 tsp - oil
  • 1/2 tsp - hot Ghee
  • pinch of Jeera
  • pinch of Turmeric powder
  • pinch of Red Chilli powder
  • pinch of Jeera powder
  • pinch of Hing (asafoetida).
  • salt to taste
  • water as needed
  • How to Make Sprouts Churma:

    1. Heat oil in a pan, add jeera. When it splutters, add hing, sprouted beans, the masala powders, and salt.
    2. Saute for a few minutes.
    3. Add 1/2 tbsp water. Cover with a lid and cook till soft (do not over cook).
    4. Grind the roti, cooked sprouts and jaggery.
    5. Add hot ghee and serve (with dal).
