Ingredients

  • 1 cup - mixed steamed sprouts
  • 1/2 cup - Oats
  • 2 cups - mashed Potatoes
  • 1 cup - mashed Paneer
  • 3/4 tsp - salt
  • 3/4 tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • 1 cube - grated cheese
  • 1/2 cup - Bengal Gram flour
  • oil to fry
  • 1/4 tsp - soda or baking powder
  • How to Make Sprouts fantasy:

    1. Mix sprouts, potato, cheese, paneer, oats, salt, chilli powder. Mash and mix. Mix water with Bengal gram flour and baking powder to make a thick batter.
    2. Divide the sprouts mixture into equal sized balls.
    3. Heat oil. Dip each ball in batter and deep fry till light brown.
