Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked shrimp Meat
  • 2 cups moong (green gram) sprouts
  • 1 cup boiled noodles
  • 1 onion, chopped finely
  • 1/4 cup chopped Spring onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped Celery
  • For Dressing-
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp salad oil
  • 1/2 tsp Sugar
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1/8 tsp pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp minced Ginger

How to Make Sprouts Salad

  • Mix well all the ingredients of dressings.
  • Keep aside.
  • In a salad bowl mix all the other ingredients except celery.
  • Pour the dressing over it.
  • Toss it well.
  • Garnish with celery before serving.
