  • 1 packet -canapes of desired shape
  • 1 cup- Bean sprouts
  • 1/2 cup -finely chopped Onion
  • 1/2 cup -finely chopped Tomato
  • 1/4 cup- finely chopped coriander
  • 1/4 cup- finely chopped boiled Potato
  • 1/2- Lemon
  • salt
  • freshly ground Cumin seed powder
  • 4-5 -green chillies finely chopped
  • 1 cup- fine Bikaner sev (optional)
  • 1/2 cup- Tamarind chutney
  • 1/2 cup -green chutney
  • oil to deep fry
  • How to Make Sprouts-Stuffed Canapes:

    1. If using readymade canapes, they can be baked in a warm pre-heated oven till light-brown and crisp.
    2. Or deep fry them till light brown. Drain on kitchen towel. Do it for all the canapes and keep them aside.
    3. Mix the sprouts, onion, tomato, potatoes, half the coriander, lemon, salt and green chilli together. Chill it for some time.
    4. Before serving fill mixture in the canapes, put a dash of both chutneys on top. Sprinkle a pinch of salt and cumin powder
    5. Garnish with sev and remaining coriander. Serve right away.
