How to Make Steamed Banana Cakes

  • Combine bananas with rice flour, tapioca flour, sugar, salt, coconut milk, eggs and 2 cups of grated coconut into a smooth mixture.
  • Pour the mixture in greased cupcake moulds and steam for 30 minutes.
  • Cool and turn the cakes out.
  • Serve sprinkled with remaining coconut.
