How to Make Steamed Chickpeas Dumpling

  • Grind the soaked chickpeas, garlic cloves, asafoetida powder, dry red chillies coarsely.
  • Add the chopped onions, chopped coriander leaves, grated ginger and salt.
  • Mix everything well.
  • Make small lemon sized balls and steam cook for 10-15 minutes in an idly cooker.
  • Serve warm with hot sauces or chutneys.
