Ingredients

  • 3 -boiled Potatoes mashed well
  • 1 cup - boiled fish without bones
  • 2- Onions minced well
  • 2 -green chillies minced
  • 1 tsp - pepper powder
  • 2 tbsp - chopped Coriander leaves
  • 2 eggs beaten well
  • 3 tbsp - breadcrumbs
  • 3 tbsp - oil
  • Salt
  • 2 tsp - Tomato sauce
  • 2 tsp - Butter
  • How to Make Steamed Fish and Potato Mash:

    1. Mix the fish together with the potatoes and all the other ingredients.
    2. Place this mixture in flat pan.
    3. Brush all over with the remaining beaten egg on top.
    4. Steam this mixture in a suitable pan or a pressure cooker for about 15 mins.
    5. Serve hot with bread.
