Ingredients

  • 3 -boiled potatoes mashed well
  • 1 cup - boiled fish without bones
  • 2- onions minced well
  • 2 -green chillies minced
  • 1 tsp - pepper powder
  • 2 tbsp - chopped coriander leaves
  • 2 eggs beaten well
  • 3 tbsp - breadcrumbs
  • 3 tbsp - oil
  • Salt
  • 2 tsp - tomato sauce
  • 2 tsp - butter

How to Make Steamed Fish and Potato Mash

  • Mix the fish together with the potatoes and all the other ingredients.
  • Place this mixture in flat pan.
  • Brush all over with the remaining beaten egg on top.
  • Steam this mixture in a suitable pan or a pressure cooker for about 15 mins.
  • Serve hot with bread.
