  • 2 - left over rotis or chapattis
  • 1/2 cup - cabbage, shredded
  • 1/2 cup- carrot, grated
  • 1/2 cup - spring onions, chopped
  • Few drops of chilli sauce
  • 2 tbsp - tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp - garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp - oil
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Steamed Frankies

  • Heat the oil in a fry pan. Add garlic and fry till dark brown.
  • Add vegetables and stir fry till tender crisp.
  • Add the sauces and salt.
  • Fill each roti/ chapatti with the vegetable filling and roll up.
  • Place the rolls in a steamer and steam for 2-3 mins.
  • Serve hot.
