Ingredients

  • 250 g -prawns (shelled and de-veined)
  • 4-5 tbsp - mustard paste
  • 2-3 tbsp - Mustard oil
  • 6-8 - green chillies(whole)
  • 1/2 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • salt
  • 2 tbsp - fresh coriander (finely chopped)
  • How to Make Steamed Prawn With Mustard:

    1. Wash the prawns and keep in a bowl.
    2. Mix the mustard paste, turmeric powder, salt and green chillies with the prawns.
    3. Top this mixture of prawns with mustard oil.
    4. Pressure cook it on high flame till the first whistle.
    5. Then lower the flame and cook for another 6-7 mins. Remove immediately.
    6. Garnish with chopped coriander and serve with plain rice.
