Ingredients

  • 500 g - French beans, chopped, boiled
  • 1 stalk - Curry leaves
  • 1/2 - tomato, chopped
  • 1/2 - capsicum, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp - chopped Coriander leaves
  • 1 tsp - Coriander seed powder
  • 1/4 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp - chilli powder
  • 2 or 3 pinches - Asafoetida
  • 1/4 tsp - Mustard Seeds
  • 1/4 tsp - Cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tsp - Wheat flour
  • 2 tbsp - oil
  • salt
  • How to Make Stir Fried French Bean Sabzi:

    1. Heat oil in a pan, add seeds and asafoetida and allow to splutter.
    2. Add curry leaves, tomato, capsicum, stir-fry for a minute.
    3. Add all dry masala powders and 2 tsp. water and stir.
    4. Add French beans, stir-fry for 2-3 mins, till well blended.
    5. Sprinkle salt, wheat flour, coriander leaves and mix.
    6. Take off from the fire.
    7. Serve hot with phulkas or chapatti or puris.
