  • 500 g - French beans, boiled and blanched
  • 1 tbsp - ginger grated
  • 1 flake - garlic crushed
  • 1 - green chilli slit
  • 2 - 3 pinches - asafoetida powder
  • 1/4 tsp - turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp - lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp - cumin
  • 1/4 tsp -mustard seeds
  • 1 tbsp - oil
  • salt

How to Make Stir-Fried French Beans

  • Slice boiled beans into 1 inch oblong pieces.
  • Heat oil in a pan, add seeds, asafoetida, allow to splutter.
  • Add chilli, garlic, ginger, stir for a few seconds.
  • Add beans, salt, lemon juice, stir to sizzle for 2-3 mins.
  • Serve hot and fresh in minutes.
