Ingredients

  • 500 g - French beans, boiled and blanched
  • 1 tbsp - Ginger grated
  • 1 flake - Garlic crushed
  • 1 - Green chilli slit
  • 2 - 3 pinches - Asafoetida powder
  • 1/4 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp - cumin
  • 1/4 tsp -mustard seeds
  • 1 tbsp - oil
  • salt
  • How to Make Stir-Fried French Beans:

    1. Slice boiled beans into 1 inch oblong pieces.
    2. Heat oil in a pan, add seeds, asafoetida, allow to splutter.
    3. Add chilli, garlic, ginger, stir for a few seconds.
    4. Add beans, salt, lemon juice, stir to sizzle for 2-3 mins.
    5. Serve hot and fresh in minutes.
