Ingredients

  • 450 g - Chicken breast (boneless, skinless), diced
  • 1 tbsp - starch mixed in a little water
  • 1 - green bell pepper, cut into chunky pieces
  • 1 - red onion, cut into chunks
  • 7-8 - Mushroom (optional), sliced
  • 4 - Garlic Cloves
  • 1 inch - Ginger
  • 4-5 - hot Green chillies
  • handful of fresh coriander
  • How to Make Stir-Fried Green Chicken:

    1. Stir fry chicken in a little bit of oil.
    2. Set aside.
    3. Stir fry vegetables, onion and mushroom, and set aside.
    4. Grind garlic, ginger, chillies and fresh coriander to a paste.
    5. Fry paste in a little oil.
    6. Add chicken and vegetables, onions, mushroom.
    7. Stir for a minute.
    8. Add starch.
    9. Cook for a minute.
    10. Do not over cook.
    11. Add salt to taste.
    12. Serve hot on a bed of rice.
