Ingredients

  • 450 g - Chicken breast (boneless, skinless), diced
  • 1 tbsp - starch mixed in a little water
  • 1 - green bell pepper, cut into chunky pieces
  • 1 - red onion, cut into chunks
  • 7-8 - Mushroom (optional), sliced
  • 4 - Garlic Cloves
  • 1 inch - Ginger
  • 4-5 - hot Green chillies
  • handful of fresh coriander

How to Make Stir-Fried Green Chicken

  • Stir fry chicken in a little bit of oil.
  • Set aside.
  • Stir fry vegetables, onion and mushroom, and set aside.
  • Grind garlic, ginger, chillies and fresh coriander to a paste.
  • Fry paste in a little oil.
  • Add chicken and vegetables, onions, mushroom.
  • Stir for a minute.
  • Add starch.
  • Cook for a minute.
  • Do not over cook.
  • Add salt to taste.
  • Serve hot on a bed of rice.
