Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp - oil
  • 1 - onion, cut into cubes
  • 1 - capsicum, cut into cubes
  • 200 gms - paneer, cut into cubes
  • 1/2 tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp - salt
  • 1/4 tsp - Garam Masala powder
  • How to Make Stir fried paneer with capsicum and onion:

    1. Heat oil in a wide pan.
    2. Add onion pieces to it and fry for 4 - 5 minutes until it is pink in color.
    3. Add capsicum pieces to it and fry for 3 - 4 minutes.
    4. Add red chilli powder and turmeric powder to it and stir well.
    5. Add paneer pieces and salt to it.
    6. Cover it with a lid and cook for 8 minutes or until it is done.
    7. Sprinkle garam masala powder on it and serve it hot with rotis.
