Ingredients

  • 2 medium sized bunch Spinach
  • 2 tbsp - oil
  • 8 Cloves Garlic (crushed)
  • 1 medium sized Onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 or 2 Green chillies (finely chopped)
  • 1 small Tomato (finely chopped)
  • 1 tsp - coriander powder
  • salt to taste
  • How to Make Stir fried Spinach:

    1. Wash the spinach and chop finely.
    2. Lightly heat oil in a non-stick pan.
    3. Add the crushed garlic and fry for few seconds till light brown.
    4. Add onions, green chillies and saute on a medium flame till pink.
    5. Add spinach and stir fry on a high flame till the water from the spinach dries completely.
    6. Add the chopped tomato and cook on a high flame for 5 mins.
    7. Add salt, coriander powder and cook for 2 mins.
    8. Serve hot with rotis.
