How to Make Stir Fried Spinach with Baby Corn

  • Chop the spinach finely and wash well.
  • Chop the baby corn into big cubes.
  • Wash and pressure cook the baby corn with little salt till tender but crunchy. (It should be done in 3-4 whistles).
  • Heat oil in a kadai, add finely chopped onions, crushed garlic and green chillies.
  • Saute on a low flame till the onions are pink in colour.
  • Add spinach and saute on a high flame for five minutes.
  • Add boiled baby corn and salt to taste.
  • Saute till the spinach is cooked and the water has completely dried.
  • Serve hot with phulkas.
